SC or SQ Subcutaneous(ly) (“subcutaneous” is preferred to SC or SQ)
SL Subligual(ly) (“under the tongue” is a more patient-friendly translation)
S/S Swish and spit
top Topical(ly) “on the skin” is a more patient-friendly translation)
